So why don’t people include living a healthy lifestyle under the umbrella of things you can practice? Why do we go on a ‘diet’ instead of practicing healthy habits?

Diet is temporary. We are setting ourselves up for failure.

When you are in a state of ongoing practice, failure doesn’t exist, as long as you are learning.

Let's set new goals.

How about movement practice? Practice creating more micro active movements throughout your day, every day for the next 18 months.

Let's practice incorporating healthy foods.
