7-Day Challenge

Join us for the 7-Day Glucose Challenge! We will hold you accountable, provide peer support, and help you get back on track with your health.

Here's how it works:

• We text you every morning and ask for your fasting blood sugar.
• We text you every evening around 7:00 PM and ask you for your meals for the day.
• You are added to a private support group with other challenge members to share recipes, wins, and struggles. 
• After 7 days, we review your information and give you feedback.
• You also get points based on your participation. 

Here's how the point system works. 

1. You get 1 point for every fasting blood sugar you text us.
2. You get 1 point for every meal that you share at the end of the day.
3. You get 1 point for every day that you post in the private group.
4. You get 1 point for every day that you comment on someone's post in the private group.

Total of 28 points possible. (P.S. - Tie breakers will come down to the total participation in the peer group both posts and comments.)

For every challenge, we will award a first, second, and third-place winner.

First Place: $500 Visa Gift Card

Second Place: $250 Visa Gift Card

Third Place: $100 Visa Gift Card
